Return Policy

We do not accept returns, if there is something wrong with your order we will do our best to make it right. If you cancel your order BEFORE IT SHIPS we will refund your money but you will be charged a $5.00 restock fee or 10%. If it is a custom order no refunds, no exceptions.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is a priority package we will help you file any claims, if you like, with UPS or USPS. Keep in mind USPS has insurance up to $100.00 so if your order is over that you need to purchase added insurance. If it is first class ( which we rarely ship with) there is no insurance and we are not responsible for lost or missing items.
